Songs In The Key Of Knife (SITKOK) is a leading independent publisher of electronic dance music with a strong grounding in drum & bass. SITKOK is a subsidiary of Hospital Records Ltd. and has been publishing music since 1996.

Boasting a growing roster of talented writers, our job is to seek maximum exposure to our writers work and capitalise on income streams available from public performance, airplay, mechanical royalties and synchronization to moving picture. Collection of royalties through worldwide agencies is achieved by ensuring all works are correctly registered with the relevant collecting societies (eg MCPS-PRS) and that income generated by these works is accurately monitored, tracked and distributed. Our dedicated Sync department actively promotes the SITKOK repertoire to a commercial audience and endeavours to license works to television, film, computer games and other media.

Working in partnership with long-established music publishers Fairwood Music Ltd. (China), Nichion Inc. (Japan) and Westbury Music Ltd. (all other territories outside of UK), SITKOK constantly strives to develop the careers of both established and emerging writers whilst maximising the potential of their works.
